Howard Nations had led the charge against pharmaceutical companies, representing thousands of victims over the years that had been injured or wronged by the negligence of the pharmaceutical industry, banking fraud, and real estate fraud. He has also donated countless hours of his professional career handling more than 300 pro bono cases. Howard has been the leader in technological and scientific advancements in the courtroom, and was one of the first attorneys to use forensic psychological and neurolinguistic principles to better understand how a jury thinks. His pioneering spirit allowed him to be the first to use computer-generated graphics as evidence in a trial, a practice that has become the new standard in trial litigation.
